    This warranty covers your puppy for 72 hours from date of sale, seller is not responsible for vet fees or other costs associated with this puppy, puppy is sold as CKC limited registration meaning pet only, puppy has had it’s 1^st vaccination, de-worming, and is micro chip implanted. Also comes with a Pet Plan insurance voucher good for 6 weeks form the time it leaves and leaves having been weighed and temp taken, and recorded, toenails are clipped, ears, eyes, and stomach, is checked over for defects , upon taking your puppy home you have 72 hours to have your vet check over the pup, if not done this warranty is nul and void. If pup leaves on a weekend it should be done 1^st business day thereafter.  IF a licensed vet finds a physical problem or states the pup is in poor health it should be returned for replacement, no refund will be given only replacement. If no replacement is available at this time a replacement will be given next litter. Seller requires the buyer to furnish seller with the statement stating the problem, date and time of examination, and symptoms supporting the diagnosis, which the seller will keep. This warranty does not cover skin allergies, mites, or fleas. Puppy has been vaccinated against parvo, distemper, adenovirus type 2-parainfluenza the 1^st of three, and it is up to the buyer to keep current all vaccines, therefore puppy is only replaceable if he is diagnosed with any of these within the 72 hour period, as these are acquired and not congenital. I do not guarantee color change, alignment of bite, size or temperament. If replacement pup is agreed upon then seller receives back the original pup, there is no replacement of a replacement pup, this is final and concludes the contract. Puppies must be spayed or neutered within 6 months from the date of birth, and seller /breeder must get a copy of the vet spay/neuter statement, failing to supply this statement will result in registration papers to be withheld, and possible court action within the Brockville or Smiths Falls jurisdiction for breach of contract.
